OUR FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

With over twenty years of experience in marketing, residential real estate, and new development consulting, Nicole examines projects through a dual lens of investment and aesthetic intelligence. Recognizing a recurring gap in pre-construction alignment, where siloed teams and late-stage sales positioning often diminish project performance, she launched House Gallery to integrate strategy, design, and market positioning from the outset. This foundation informs a core belief that exceptional outcomes are shaped by the compounding effect of thousands of decisions made right from concept through completion.
